Although we aren’t seeing any updates to Cydia right now, we do have ways of downloading some of our favorite modified apps and games through an app installer called Panda Helper App . Anyone can use this installer because Cydia isn’t required and it supports all devices up to iOS 11, providing a ton of apps and games, all free. You can find out more about Panda Helper at the link, along with instructions on downloading Panda Helper; what we’re going to talk about is how to delete it.

How to Delete Panda Helper :

There are two reasons why you might want Panda Helper removed – one is that you don’t want it and the other is that you keep getting niggly little errors that spoil your enjoyment. The easiest way to fix those errors is to delete Panda Helper and then install it again. You can delete it in four different ways:

Method 1: Delete Panda App Profile

  1. Open your iOS Settings app and go to General and then Profile and Device Management
  2. Tap on the Panda Helper profile and then on Delete Profile
  3. Close your settings app and Panda Helper will have been removed.

Method 2: App Icon

  1. Find the Pana Helper icon on your home screen
  2. Tap and hold the icon until it begins to wiggle ( all icons on the page will do this )
  3. Tap the small ross in the top corner of the icon and then tap Delete to confirm
  4. Panda Helper will be removed from your device

Method 3: Restore to Factory Settings

This wipes out all your settings and your data and your device will be restored to the most up to date version of the iOS firmware:

  1. Check that you have the latest iTunes version on your computer
  2. Back your data up before you start the restore
  3. Disable your passcode and Find my iPhone/iPad
  4. Open iTunes and connect your device
  5. If you get a Trust This Computer message on your device, tap Yes
  6. Choose the connected device from the menu on the left (only if you have more than one registered device)
  7. Click Restore in iTunes and then click Restore again
  8. Leave iTunes to restore your device to the latest iOS firmware, wiping out Panda Helper
  9. Your device will reboot and you can set it up again how you want it

Method 4: Restoring From an iTunes Backup

Make sure that you choose a backup that was done before Panda Helper was installed:

  1. Open iTunes and connect your iPhone or iPad
  2. Type in your passcode and click Yeson the Trust This Computer message if it appears on your device
  3. Choose the connected device from the left-hand menu (if you have more than one)
  4. Click Restore Backup
  5. A list of all your iTunes backups will appear, click the one you want to restore to
  6. Click on Restore and leave your computer and device while iTunes does its work
  7. You may be asked to type your passcode in during the restore so keep an eye on your device
  8. Do NOT disconnect your device at any time until the procedure has finished completely otherwise it cannot sync to your computer
  9. Your device reboots when the restore is finished – now you can disconnect it
